Errebi offers a range of covering machines (SP) able to satisfy all the needs of elastic covered yarn (E.C.Y.) manufacturers. Our machines are the natural evolution of the well-known GSP1/GSP2 RPR covering machines.
Our SP family is designed to comprise the following processing parameters:
- Single / Double covering;
- Core yarn in Spandex (Lycra) / Rubber;
- Cover yarn in Nylon, Polyester, Rayon, Cotton…;
- Take Up bobbin with Ø180 mm and length from 130-150-200 mm;
- Flanged bobbins with (standard) length 165mm and diameters from 68 up to 116mm;
Machines, in their various configurations, share the following characteristics, developed thanks to our strong experience alongside our customers:
- MTS hollow spindles type SGX;
- Spindles mounted on pivoting support for easier machine set up and maintenance, lower vibrations and better efficiency;
- Pre-draft shaft for Lycra with 1.3 fixed ratio;
- Heavy duty rubber pressure rollers;
- Possibility to switch from single to double covering easily, on the same machine;
- Independent drive for the each deck of spindle with Inverter driven motors;
Along side the standard range of machines, the HS Machine range is available for Frisè Yarns and high quality Elastic covered yarns.
