Our Fancy Yarn machine, PR10-PR12, is designed to leave all degrees of freedom in user’s hand and let him customize his products as much as possible.
Extreme flexibility of this machine does not compromise high productivity and reliability.

Bouclè, Frisè, Slubs, Bottons....all the fancy effects can be programmed freely, combining man-made and natural fibers into unique and outstanding yarns for knitting and weaving.

Following the main features of our machine:

• External creels with up to 8 effect positions for each take-up position;
• 4 independently driven shafts with servo motors: Core, Effect, Draft, Take Up;
• Electronic Traverse Drive with servo motor;
• 2 independent decks of hollow spindles with inverter driven asynchronous motors;
• Available with independent drive for FT spinners;
• Possibility to install Lycra/Spandex feeders as core shaft;
• Availability of remote control for machine remote diagnostics and troubleshooting;
• Available with take-up stroke 150mm (12 positions/window) or 200mm (10 positions/window);
