In many technical textile applications, is often necessary a combination of different physical properties in order to obtain the final characteristics of the product. We may use anti-cut gloves as an example, where high tenacity fibers (which are the resistant core of the glove) are usually covered with more "wearable" fibers for the comfort of the user.
An easy way to combine different yarns in a high value-added engineered product is covering. The classic hollow spindle process is enriched with specific machine design and accessories:
Below are just some examples of what we recently created, collaborating with our customers worldwide.
With our machines it will be possible to easily combine the technical yarns (glass fiber, metal yarns, TPU, UHMWPE, aramids, monofilaments...) with the classic multi-filament yarns (polyester, polyammide, polypropylene...).
