Our Two-for-One twisters for sewing thread are designed to be the best partner for producing threads with outsanding quality and productivity.
Our Sewing Thread process is divided into two steps:
- Primary Twist & Assembly: each ply is twisted, the multi-ply assembly is wounded onto a double-flanged bobbin;
- Coupling Twist: the plied yarn from the previous step is given a contrary twist;
Only the 2 step process can guarantee: perfectly regular aspect of the sewing thread, maximum usage of the machine in all the configurations (2-3-4 plies), maximum production efficiency and flexibility.

- Integrated Yarn monitoring with cutters and led indications;
- Take up speed up to 100 m/min;
- Feeding with chromed plated capstan or ceramic overfeeder;

- Possibility to heat-set the yarn during coupling twisting (FC72 Machine);
- Possibility to wind soft bobbins for direct dyeing on the second twist machine;
